Guarantees: We use every fair trade and hypo-allergenic product we can find. Please let us know if you have any allergies to metals such as nickel. We are also testing our products for comfort, easy of use, and durability. We are confident that we are producing a strong product. That’s why we agree to fix any piece within the first year of ownership for free, provided that the breakage was due to a defect or normal wear and tear. All you need to pay is shipping and handling.
Remittance: Cash or check is fine. We are working on adding a shopping cart so please bear with us. Your final price will include shipping and handling.
Custom Orders: It is really all in the details…those you give us. And we will help you along the way. Some things to consider:
Gold or silver, color pallete
Length of the piece
Clasp type: lobster, toggle s-clasp. etc.
Earrings: long or short, hooks, posts, lever backs, or clips
Gems and beads: simple or ornate, chunky or delicate, one strand or more.
Custom Design Refusals and re-do’s: We are particular about keeping you involved in the design process. We consider this a co-creation between us. If you give specific design instructions and change your mind and ask for a revision or refuse the piece altogether, we must charge for our labor. We will add 15% to the labor cost for each revision. This includes e-mailing you pictures of the progress along the way. Unless you actually purchase the product, we will not charge for materials.
Payment for custom orders: Custom orders require payment of half the estimated cost of the piece before we begin building. The final amount is due upon completion of the piece. Rush orders are difficult but not impossible. We do not keep everything in stock and if we have to order something to complete your request, that takes time. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Any order requiring completion in less than two weeks must carry a 10% increase in labor costs.
